Job Description
THIS ROLE
The Loan Settlement Analyst is responsible for supporting the loan closing process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate, and facilitating the efficient and timely closing of LMA and LSTA loans in European and North American Market. This role involves working closely with counterparties, loan agents and clients to ensure timely and accurate trade settlements mainly on S&P loan closing platform- ClearPar.
Key Responsibilities:
Loan Documentation:Review loan closing documents (confirms/ transfer certs and funding memos) for accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory  all necessary documentation is reviewed for errors, missing or incorrect information and fixed before the execution date.Organize and maintain loan files, ensuring all documentation is filed correctly and promptly.
