Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The role of a local IT technician is to ensure that the Group’s hardware, software, security policies, software license management, inventory, and other related matters are properly maintained. They also provide technical support to users and follow up on the resolution of IT incidents reported by users.
The main missions of the role are:
Ensure compliance with Group standards regarding hardware, software, security policies, software license management, inventory, etc.
Provide technical support to users and follow up on the resolution of IT incidents reported by users.
Develop and monitor the plant’s IT budget, issuing and approving all IT-related purchases.
Conduct LPA audits.
