We are seeking an experienced Lodge Manager to lead operations at a prestigious 5-star luxury lodge in the Kruger National Park.

Key responsibilities include:

-Delivering exceptional guest experiences and service excellence

-Leading, developing, and motivating lodge teams

-Overseeing housekeeping, maintenance, and lodge standards

-Managing stock control, administration, and financial processes

-Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance management

-Driving sustainability initiatives and conservation awareness

-Ensuring seamless day-to-day lodge operations
