Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operation of the restaurant, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, bush dinners and private dining experiences. Lead, coach and motivate the restaurant service team. Ensure exceptional five-star service standards and personalised guest experiences. Work closely with the Executive Chef, Bar and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service. Manage staff rosters, training and performance. Monitor stock, breakages, service equipment and cost controls. Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety and health & safety compliance.
