Generates list of units for maintenance and ensures that all units will be billed.
Generates from system storage for delivered and undelivered units
Prepares request for billing for repair order; maintenance and special project
Maintain department files
Maintains updated prices and services duly signed by superiors and clients
Coordinates with logistics supervisor for prices of special projects and trips
Maintain quality workplace standard in the area
Graduate of Any Business Related Course
Proficient in using MS Office Applications such as Excel
Related experience in Logistics Operations in an advantage
