Responsibilities- Assist incoming and outgoing shipments including items packing; operate forklift to load and unload items with a valid forklift driving licence.
- Provide administrative support to daily transport operations.
- Assist with delivery and collection as needed.
- Support the Transport/Logistics Supervisor as required.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth transportation arrangements.
- Attend to internal customers’ enquiries and requests.
- Plan, assign, and control trucking allocations to ensure timely delivery/collection.
- Carry out staff daily and overtime roster planning.
