The Job
- Prepare full-set import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, COO, Bills of Lading, insurance documents, and Letters of Credit
- Handle Customs Permit declarations and ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations
- Coordinate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers for shipment bookings and logistics arrangements
- Source and negotiate competitive freight and transportation rates
