Logistic Executive
Major Responsibilities:
Liaise with Headquarter, Forwarders, Factories and Warehouse to perform weekly order processing, handle in & out shipment process, declaration of import and export goods, customs clearance procedure when necessary
Liaise with 3PL and internal parties to maintain a smooth logistics operation, prevent variances and handle local delivery/ store transfer schedules
Work closely with merchandising team to ensure timely products delivery to the stores by processing good management in inventory planning, order management, good efficiency of storage & movement / dispatch of goods, etc
Support retail, marketing and visual merchandising team to arrange logistic arrangement for marketing events and in-store visual display occasionally
