Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead daily execution activities with 3rd party service providers, freight forwarders and brokers independently and resolve various customer fulfilment and freight management exceptions by working cross functionally with internal and external teams
- Participate in design and implementation of ERP-Systems/applications to meet business needs and drive automation initiatives
- Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems enhancements
- Identify inefficiencies and cost optimization opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives with freight forwarders and brokers
- Undertake ad-hoc queries and perform quantitative and/or qualitative analysis to resolve operational issues and drive operational excellence
