**Job Description**
Responsibilities: (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)
Plan shipment – forecast, scheduling, and coordination
Coordinating with shipping agent on customs clearance and documentation
Prepare export documentation including exhibits/certificates
Initiate PI count – weekly/monthly/yearly
PI count reconciliation and JDE update
Permits / Licenses – NoaH, Poison, LMW, Skim Milk, Bank Guarantee
Monthly Customs report (M1, M2, M4, Sub Con)
