Responsibilities
- Shipment Tracking: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments via Air, Sea, and Land freight.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain essential logistics paperwork including invoices, delivery notes, and packing lists.
- Inventory & Customs: Monitor stock levels, assist with routine stock takes, and possess a basic understanding of UAE customs clearance processes.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, and transport teams to optimize delivery times and resolve delays.
Qualifications
- Technical proficiency: High level of comfort with MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and email writing.
- Organization & Time Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Communication: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory. Proficiency in Persian, Kurdish, Arabic, and/or Hindi.
