  Job Description 
 It's an exciting time to be part of IFF, as we are offering rewarding employment in Penang, Malaysia, as  Logistics Coordinator 
  Responsibilities  
 Understand and apply the fundamentals of imports and exports.
 Maintain integrated relationship with Broker, Freight Forwarder and Customs. 
 Communicate information to Broker who arranges the paperwork and releases to the Customer. 
 Communicate product delivery information.
 Prepare appropriate documentation including import licenses.
 Request shipment of material when available
 Follow the steps to receive & check documents, ensure no discrepancy; may have to request revised documents. 
 Knowledgeable of the Import Trade System 
 Knowledgeable of the Harmonized Code (HS Code)
 Follow the customs clearance process.
