Job DescriptionPlan, coordinate and follow up the shipments to Latam countries to ensure that all the product arrive the different countries on time.Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all shipments to LATAM countries to ensure on-time delivery of products, accuracy in documentation, and smooth logistics operations from origin to destination.Acts as the key liaison between Production, Customer Service, Freight Forwarders, and LATAM distributors.Responsibilities- Build a shipments plan for every country on Latam- Give follow up to Key Collections to succeed on delivery- Collaborate with the Production team to confirm and update shipping availability dates.
- Coordinate with Freight Forwarders to validate vessel departures, transit times, and arrival dates.
