Our client is a well-known made-to-order product manufacturer.
Responsibilities
Controlling Import & Export LCL/FCL/Bulk shipments. 
Handling and controlling quotations (comparing quotations for import & export shipments).
Checking the billing from forwarders and transportation providers to ensure that costs are the same as quotations, credit notes, requisitions, purchase orders, timesheets, etc. 
Coordinating with both internal (Production, Planning, Sales) & external (Forwarder, Shipping, Custom) parties.
Resolving problems with transportation, logistics, imports, and exports or customer issues.
Analyzing the causes of accidents and providing corrective actions and approving accident reports.
Providing advice to customers for special export packing & design.
Reviewing the necessity of equipment, materials, and tools to support the Operations team.
