Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor inbound shipments from suppliers, ports, and distribution centers.
  • Manage end-to-end import and customs clearance processes to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and government authorities to resolve clearance or transportation issues.
  • Review shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and import permits.
  • Ensure accurate tariff classification, customs valuation, and duty/tax compliance.
  • Track inbound deliveries and provide shipment visibility updates to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, planning, and finance teams to support operational continuity.
