Logistics Documentation Specialist - Night Shift

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Documentation Executive – Import or Export to handle shipping documentation, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth processing of import and export shipments in compliance with international trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and process import or export documentation such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Shipping Bill, Delivery Order, and other shipping documents.

- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHA, transporters, and customers for smooth movement of cargo.

- Ensure accuracy and compliance of documents with customs and international trade regulations.
- Track shipment status and update customers or internal teams accordingly.

- Maintain proper documentation records and filing systems for all shipments.
