Our client, one of the chemical suppliers in the UAE, is currently seeking an experienced Logistics Executive to join their team.
Responsibilities- Oversee UAE and GCC trucking and rail shipments ensuring timely and cost‑effective deliveries.
- Coordinate with transport providers, drivers and warehouses to manage daily operations efficiently.
- Logistics Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and verify all required shipping documents including delivery notes, invoices and customs clearance.
- Ensure compliance with UAE transport regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with trucking companies and rail transport providers to ensure efficient scheduling and delivery.
- Negotiate transport rates and evaluate vendor performance for continuous improvement.
