Position Summary / Job Purpose
Logistics Executive (Import & Export Executive) is responsible for coordinating international shipments ensuring compliance with customs regulations and maintaining accurate import/export documentation. The role focuses on facilitating timely movement of fashion goods across global supply chains supporting retail and wholesale operations in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end import and export operations (specifically for fashion & sports products).
- Prepare and verify all shipping customs and regulatory documentation (Invoice, Packing List, COO, Certificate of Conformity, etc.).
- Track international shipments and ensure timely clearance and delivery.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, agents, and transport partners.
- Follow up on shipment status and resolve delays or issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and international trade laws.
