We are looking for a responsible and proactive Logistic Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily logistics operations, shipment arrangements, inventory control, and ensuring smooth delivery schedules.
Job Responsibilities- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, transporters, and customers
- Prepare shipping documents, delivery orders, invoices, and permits
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery
- Track inventory movement and maintain accurate records
- Handle customs clearance and related documentation when required
- Follow up on delivery issues and resolve logistics-related matters
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and logistics regulations
- Support warehouse coordination and stock management
