Job Summary
- Responsible for daily warehouse and logistics operations
- Handles receiving, inventory, and dispatch of e-bike units, parts, and materials
Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming units, parts, and materials
- Record all inbound deliveries accurately
- Prepare, organize, and pack items for delivery or transfer
- Assist in loading and unloading of deliveries
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate documentation of all stock movements (inbound and outbound)
- Coordinate with Production and Sales teams for order fulfillment
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock audits
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse
