Overview

The Logistics Manager is responsible for the supply chain process from purchasing materials to delivering to customers. Ensure product availability in the warehouse to fulfil customer needs regarding quantity, quality and lead‑time. Minimize transport costs and optimize inventories and distribution resources. Give information and guidance to the Logistics team in order to support Sales, Marketing and Technical Service in complying with their objectives.

Responsibilities

• Leads Logistics, Warehousing, Import/Export and Inventory Control, setting strategy for these groups that meets performance goals and customers’ expectations.
• Motivate team members identifying strengths and development areas, providing tools and information to promote their career development.
