Logistics Manager

Job Responsibilities Monitor and review warehouse and distribution operations on an ongoing basis, identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase operational effectiveness. Design and refine warehouse layout and material movement practices to support smooth and efficient daily operations. Ensure that warehouse practices comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align inventory levels with business needs, analyzing demand trends to support proper stock planning. Lead periodic inventory checks and full stock-count exercises to maintain high accuracy and accountability of inventory records. Partner with suppliers and manufacturing teams to reduce losses from material damage or waste and to maximize usage of materials.
