Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations for import, export shipment, ensuring efficiency in freight handling, logistics coordination, and service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of logistics processes, including air, ocean, customs clearance, warehousing, and distribution.
- Monitor operational KPIs and drive improvements to meet service quality and client satisfaction standards.
- Implement and maintain compliance with international logistics standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Identify operational risks and develop solutions to mitigate disruptions.
- Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
