ADI now have the opportunity for a Logistics Operations Manager to join our team based from our International Head Office in Chadderton, Oldham (3 days office / 2 home). 
This key role within International Supply Chain will lead day‑to‑day logistics operations, drive carrier performance, and deliver continuous improvement across a fast-paced global environment.
JOB DUTIES:
Operations Management
Manage daily logistics and freight operations across international markets
Monitor shipment visibility, handle exceptions, and resolve escalations
Oversee import/export activity, ensuring compliance with customs and trade regulations
Carrier & Supplier Management
Manage relationships with carriers and logistics providers
Lead performance reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews to ensure KPI delivery
Drive cost, service, and performance improvements
Financial Control
