Customer Packaging Development & Alignment
Define and manage packaging concepts for new launches based on customer standards, logistics agreements, and production volumes.
Request and coordinate packaging design in accordance with customer/supplier guidelines and established packaging standards.
Ensure full compliance with customer‐specific packaging formats and portal requirements.
Lead packaging cost planning and manage project budgets for new launches and engineering changes.
Serve as technical interface between customer, supplier, and internal teams regarding packaging development.
End-to-End Packaging Loop Visibility & Governance
Define packaging concepts considering returnable vs. disposable strategy.
Monitor packaging loops (supplier, internal, and customer owned assets) ensuring proper quantity sizing and coverage.
Track packaging performance indicators: cycle time, loss rate, damage rate, coverage days, and asset utilization.
