Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the stock management process ensuring physical stock levels align with the ERP and materials are processed using FIFO methods
- Own the departmental cost centre, achieving this within budget while identifying and delivering cost reductions within the logistics process
- Management and maintenance of all MHE on site
- Ensuring all areas of the warehouse, racking & yards are a safe place to work
- Provide leadership and direction to the logistics team
- Motivate, coach and develop a high‑performing logistics team
- Proactively plan and engage with other departments to ensure a collaborative approach and effective resolution of issues impacting the stock management process and warehouse function
