**In this role, your responsibilities will be**:
- Escalation point of contact for logistics transactions
- Providing training to suppliers/shippers as needed (onboarding and support )
- Working with mode team to drive best practice across sites ( i.e tender load time, dwell time etc )
- Execute various mode shipment requests, cross dock planning and spot bid.
- Directly address carrier performance issues (failed pick up / delivery or in transit delays etc.) and communicate those internally
- Assist with Invoice resolution related to logistic transactions
- Other duties as assigned
