What you'll do
In this role, you will be supporting the RMA for APAC region, you play a key operational role within the Supply Chain Team. You support the efficiency and accuracy of the return and repair process, including receiving, reverse logistics, inventory handling, and customer support. You work under the guidance of the RMA Team Lead and contribute to the daily execution of warehouse, repair, and RMA activities.
