Job Purpose

The purpose of the Technical Systems Analyst (Design) role is to design, document, and optimize technology solutions that support freight movement, transport planning, route optimization, and fleet visibility. This role focuses on technical solution design and integration , acting as a bridge between business requirements and IT implementation. The role ensures that systems, APIs, and data flows are designed with scalability, security, and performance in mind, enabling digital logistics transformation across the enterprise.
