Looking for long-term babysitting for three days a week

Hi there, I’m seeking a reliable babysitter for ongoing care for my two kids (ages 4 and 7). We need help after school for about 3 days per week and occasional evenings. Ideal candidate enjoys activities, crafts, and outdoor play, and can assist with light homework. We’d prefer someone with first aid knowledge and up-to-date references. Our home is in a family-friendly neighbourhood, and we value punctuality, safety, and warm communication with both kids and parents. Driving is not essential, but being comfortable with school pickups would be great. We’re hoping for a calm, fun, and consistent routine.
