Are you a bilingual communicator who thrives in a high-energy environment? We are looking for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join a brand-new department within a premier national loyalty program. This role is 100% remote, offering you the chance to support customers across Canada from the comfort of your home.
Salary: $20/hour
Training: 3 weeks (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST).
Shifts: Rotational shifts scheduled 2 weeks in advance.
Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday (8 AM – 10 PM EST) and Saturday (8 AM – 7 PM EST).
Full-Time: 40 hours per week.
Start Date: February
