- Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of the company‘s loyalty and rewards programs.
- Design customer-centric loyalty constructs to improve engagement, retention, transaction frequency, and customer lifetime value.
- Develop and manage earning, redemption, milestone, tiering, and engagement-based reward programs.
