Qualifications
- With more than 7 years experience in production, compliances, facility repair and equipment maintenance, safety, and fleet combined
- With Managing experience and leadership skills
- Required technical aspects in motorpool and compressor
- Proficient in computer, and auto-cad.
- Willing to be assigned in other branches.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring/checking of production report
- Check compliances
- Monitor, coach, train, supervise, motivate production personnel
- Check facilities and preventive maintenance schedules of vehicles, plant equipment, compression and tank vessels
- See to it 5S and safety of personnel and the company properties
- Improve processes and controls for productivity and efficiency
