What You Should Know About the LPN-Extended Hours Role:
This is a PRN Night shift position, 7p-7a seeing patients within the greater Dayton and surrounding areas. We provide superior care and superior services to patients at their end-of-life journey. Only those who have a heart for hospice will succeed.
LPN Extended Hours Essential Duties Are:
We provide superior care for patients in families in homes/facilities. The Extended Hours LPN will provide quality nursing care to patients in a manner that meets the patient and family needs, working under the direction and supervision of an RN. You could provide superior clinical care to patients and their families.
Qualifications:
- LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions.
- One year of nursing experience preferred.
- CPR Certified.
- Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.
