GLPP Fredonia Internal Medicine is seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Lead to join our team and help oversee daily clinic operations. In this role, you'll mentor LPNs and MAs, coordinate staffing and physician support, and ensure smooth patient flow throughout the practice. Prior medical office experience is preferred, as it will support success in managing responsibilities and fostering a collaborative environment. This full-time position will work Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 6:00pm. Occasional travel to Cassadaga, Jamestown, Dunkirk and Silver Creek may be required. Eligible candidates may qualify for a sign-on bonus up to $7500.
