Key Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance, capacity, and error logs; fine-tune configurations as needed.
- Troubleshoot incidents, apply hotfixes/patches, and coordinate with vendors/product teams for permanent resolutions.
- Create and maintain knowledge base documentation and operational runbooks.
