Job Overview
Position: Lunchtime Supervisor (Part‑time, temporary)
Location: West Midlands—Selly Oak, UK.
Pay: £14.24 - £16.50 per hour.
Responsibilities
Support students during the transition from classroom learning into lunchtime activities, supervise outdoor play, and supervise students during mealtimes. Provide personal care where required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a Lunchtime Supervisor.
- Experience supporting children with Autism / ASD or additional needs.
- A calm, patient and nurturing attitude.
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
- Ability to support students during transitions and social activities.
- Willingness to support with personal care where required.
