Luxury Cruise Kitchen: Demi Chef de Partie

Seabourn is seeking an experienced kitchen station cook to produce and prepare all food in the assigned station onboard, following established menus and recipes to meet quality and presentation standards.

The role requires 2+ years in cruise ships or high-profile dining, with proper food safety certification and knowledge of VSP. You will maintain cleanliness, adhere to USPH standards, and work under the Sous Chef to ensure smooth service for passengers and crew.
