Luxury Experience Manager
Providing engaging, sincere, personalized service is one of the ways our Luxury Experience Manager is turning moments into special memories for our guests at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. This newly curated position is intended to elevate our luxury service by enhancing our VIP and recognition program at the resort.

Salary Range: $67,000 - $70,000 gross annually, based on experience and education
Job Duties Include:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the VIP arrival experience by ensuring all service standards are followed from the point of arrival at the Front Door, porterage and room experience.
- Oversee a team of Luxury Experience Coordinators
- Develop and elevate the Chateau Butler program alongside Fairmont Gold.
