M3 Engineering Manager

Overview:The M3 Engineering Manager is responsible for managing the design and development of dry-type transformers and transfer information from different locations for the construction of CCA's and Tanks for oil Transformers, through individual contributors and engineering teams.As a mid-level manager, the M3 role focuses on managing engineering projects and ensuring alignment with business objectives, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior managers and engineers.
