About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our Mergers & Acquisitions Finance (M&A-Finance) team. The role will support end-to-end M&A activities including opportunity screening, target evaluation, financial analysis, due diligence, transaction execution, and post-signing transaction management.

Key Responsibilities

1. M&A Deal Sourcing and Target Screening

- Identify acquisition, merger, strategic investment, and partnership opportunities.

- Conduct industry, market, and competitor research.

- Build and maintain target pipelines.

- Evaluate strategic fit, market positioning, financial performance, and synergy potential.

2. Financial Analysis and Valuation

- Analyze financial statements and operating metrics.

- Build financial models.
