Must-Have
- Strong written documentation skills

Good-to-Have
- Good macOS knowledge/ Linux knowledge in at least one flavor such as ubuntu.
- Knowledge on different package management (deb and/or rpm) and repository management. On macOS it’d be pkg/dmg/mpkg.
- System administration knowledge targeting / supporting desktop clients (filesystem, disk encryption, boot process, permissions, networking, process management etc.)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
