1. Understand business objectives of customers and eliciting requirements.2. Formulate real world problems into corresponding solvable abstract representations.3. Test-Driven Development (TDD) throughout the development process.6. Integrate machine learning product into PEGAAi.7. Track product performance in the field and drive continual performance improvements.
