Adecco is recruiting for a **Machine Operator** for a client in Auburn, NY. This is a temp-to-hire position paying **$18–20/hour.**
Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm. No experience is required - training will be provided for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Operate and monitor production machinery
+ Load and unload materials into machines
+ Perform basic quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
+ Follow all safety and production guidelines
**Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or GED
+ Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus
+ Exposure to CNC or other machinery is helpful but not required
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
+ Reliable, daily, on-time attendance is required
+ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
