**What You’ll Do**
+ Set up and run die‑cutting presses to meet production goals
+ Perform make‑ready, adjustments, and troubleshooting
+ Review job specs for quantities, stock, and special instructions
+ Inspect dies and fix minor defects
+ Maintain quality and consistency throughout the run
+ Complete production, inventory, and waste tracking
+ Clean and maintain equipment (including confined spaces & ladder work)
+ Support general production and packaging tasks
**What You Bring**
+ Strong mechanical aptitude
+ Experience in machine operation or manufacturing
+ Ability to follow technical instructions
