Key Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Proven managerial experience within a machining or CNC environment Ability to operate and program 5-axis CNC machines Senior-level experience in machining and production Proficient in Mastercam Strong experience with both lathe and milling operations Key Responsibilities Oversee daily machining operations and ensure production targets are met Manage and lead a team of machinists and operators Program, set up, and optimize CNC machines (including 5-axis) Ensure high-quality standards and adherence to specifications Troubleshoot machining issues and implement process improvements Coordinate maintenance and ensure machines are operating efficiently Maintain safety and compliance within the workshop Preferred Skills Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Continuous improvement mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
