Machining Operator/ Machinist

The Machining Operator is responsible for the machining of high-value precious or non-precious metals/ingots into sputtering targets used in semiconductor and coating applications. The role requires skilled operation of CNC lathe and milling machines to produce components to exact specifications, ensuring high quality, tight tolerances, and material accountability. The operator will following detailed process work instructions, engineering drawings, and safety protocols, while contributing to efficient production flow and continuous process improvements.

• Operate and set up CNC/manual lathe and milling machines to machine sputtering targets from precious or non-precious metal materials.
