A leading multinational company within the pharmaceutical sector is currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support Global Management in a highly dynamic, strategic, and international environment.

Role Purpose:

Provide high-level executive and analytical support to Global Management, ensuring effective coordination of global projects, business reporting, and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to Global Management: agenda management, meetings, travel coordination, and communications.
• Coordinate and monitor global projects using PMO tools to ensure timely execution and alignment.
• Analyze marketing and commercial data to generate insightful business reports.
• Prepare high-level presentations for senior leadership.
• Support budget tracking and follow-up at corporate level.
• Manage cross-functional coordination with international teams.
• Identify business gaps and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Review marketing materials and support global communications.

✅ Requirements:

• University degree or relevant qualification in Administration, Business, or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles (Executive Assistant / PMO / senior business support).
• Fluent English and Spanish (mandatory).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
