ResponsibilitiesOversee activities of mid Application Developers, as applicable and provide individuals with constructive feedback as it pertains to team performance.Participate in the design, coding, testing.Assist clients in business/technical specification gathering when requested.Develop detailed analysis/design documents for several enhancement projects.Solve Online and Batch Abends.Support the system testing and client integration testing efforts as required.Develop Pseudo Code for the mid and junior Developers.QualificationsStrong technical background and proficiency in IBM COBOL.Experience with JCL, CICS, and DB2.Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Excellent problem‐solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem‐solving skills to address challenges and roadblocks that may arise during the modernization process.Capability to mentor team members, share knowle...
