- Production mailbox and Incident Tickets Review| Triage| Analysis and Closing
- Production PIV e.g.| CIS/ALP| API via Postman| PMA Tool
- Production support & investigation (e.g.| updating missing client name in SRF| client card/VVD status| replying to production inquiries)
- Work closely with a developer to address production issues
